"The apartment is very good! Cozy, clean, with all necessary. The price is good regarding the size of apartments. The location is the best! Close to railway station. Close to the beach line, close to the center."

"The flat is as described spacious, comfortable, very clean, cosy, well located, well heated on chilly evenings. The host Lucas does his best to give you a pleasant stay. The flat is in a nice neighbourhood near a big supermakt Monoprix where you can find everything. You can reach the station, le vieux Nice, the Promenade and the shopping street in just a few minutes. The weather is very pleasant even in November."

"The apartment was very large, though it seemed very weird to have to walk across the apartment to get from the kitchen to dining room. The location of this apartment was fantastic, we were able to explore from a central location with ease. Lucas was wonderful with his communication prior to our trip, and he even offered recommendations."

"Bathrooms are dated and could use an upgrade. There was no hand soap available in either bathroom or the kitchen and I had to go purchase my own. They did supply a few small body/shampoo bottles, the amount would not have been enough for my family of four had we not brought our own. Notification to make sure I got out by 10am at 1am in the morning seemed aggressive."
